Virtual Home Survey

Your schedule is busy enough, particularly when arranging an upcoming move! Our Virtual Survey option is flexible to your availability. With the Virtual Survey platform, you will pick a time that best fits your needs. We provide evening and weekend choices to respect your busy schedule.

At your selected time, your expert consultant will text you a link. Just tap it to connect with a live Corrigan representative. This professionally trained surveyor will analyze all the things that are moving. They will assess packing quantities and decide any custom crating or other solutions you need. All you need to do is go throughout your home showing every room on your smartphone or tablet camera.

MyUnited Move Planner Portal

The MyUnited Move Planner Portal is your personal assistant to walk you through the relocation process and ensure you are ready to go when load day arrives!

Key to the portal is your customizable checklist. This list includes everything for you to remember to do starting at eight weeks before your relocation day. Suggestions include to-dos essential for your move – like signing documents and setting up payment method. It also covers all the other tasks that need to get checked off, like transferring doctor paperwork and updating your mailing address with the post office. You can check to-dos off as you complete them and also add your own personalized tasks, too.

When you are ready to confirm your move, your paperwork will be on the portal for you to review on your computer. Double check to make sure everything is accurate and digitally sign your paperwork on your MyUnited site. If you choose to pay with a credit card, you can input that information, too.

Also, available on your MyUnited is the High Value Inventory form. This document needs to be filled out before we load your shipment. You can wait and complete it when we are at your house on load day, or you can do it ahead of time through your portal.

Digital Inventory

When Corrigan Moving arrives to load your interstate or storage shipment, we build an inventory of every single item on our digital inventory app – Flex. This inventory process is exceptionally easy for our customers, ensuring the move is even smoother.

The inventory is created digitally, making it easy to scan and understand. Each item that is loaded onto the truck will receive an inventory sticker. The barcode number matches to the record on the inventory documents, so you and the driver are clear about what was loaded.

There are more upsides to the Flex inventory, also. Your driver can add photos to the inventory, making it more specific than ever before. Signatures are a breeze when signing electronically, reducing the amount of time you spend completing paperwork. Through these technological advancements, your move will be simpler than it every could have been before.
