We recognize that our behaviors have an impact on more than just our customers and crews. What we do has a bearing on our community, also. That’s the reason we’re devoted to being good neighbors and aid our Flint community. Our social responsibility plan was created to be sure we’re helping to craft a better future.
Corrigan Moving is devoted to partnering with our planet by using sustainable business practices. Here are a sampling of the ways that we are committed to the cause:
- Recycle or reuse used materials, oil, and equipment
- Energy-saving equipment and lighting has been installed at our warehouses
- Implement GPS tracking technology on our fleet of trucks to increase fuel efficiency
- Use of recyclable packing materials whenever possible
- Efficiently dispatch transportation routing and shipment loads to limit emissions
Corrigan Moving is dedicated to advancement through education. We offer a scholarship to all current secondary-education students who are employed with Corrigan Moving as a mover during the summer months when they are not in school. With this incentive each student-employee can earn up to a $1000 scholarship by signing on and following through with their summer employment.
Involvement in our community is not only very important, it’s also the most enjoyable part of what we do. Each Corrigan location chooses community events that speak to their local needs. We strive to be exemplary corporate citizens by giving our time, trucks and capital resources to our communities.

Disaster Relief & Recovery
Most recently, multiple of our offices helped with relief efforts following the tornados in Kentucky. Corrigan Moving provided tractor-trailers, drivers, and labor to transport several truckloads of supplies to Kentucky. These truckloads included wet wipes, diapers, non-perishable food, clothing, water, and many other goods. This video highlights the efforts from just one of our offices that helped.
